Terms and Conditions

1st Scope

For all deliveries of 55Grad to consumers (§ 13 BGB), these Terms and Conditions apply.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose that is neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity may be attributed.

3rd Offers and Contracts

3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.

3.2 By clicking on the Order button at the last step of the ordering process a binding order for the goods listed on the order page is made. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

4th Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal.

Withdrawal:

You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Abs . Consequences:

6th Delivery

6.1 Delivery takes place in Europe with German Post.

6.2 The delivery time is 5-7 days. On any different delivery times, we point to the product page.

7th Payment

7.1 Payment may be made by bank transfer or Paypal.

7.2 A right of set off is available only if your counterclaims have been legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged by us in writing.

7.3 You can create a lien only if the claims from the same contractual relationship.

8th Retention of title
